The rooms are spacious and welcoming. The location is fantastic, with Thornton Park and Church Street nearby. Lake Eola is just 700 feet from the hotel.

This place has a great location, just a short walk to a park and plenty of restaurants and outdoor activities nearby. The staff here are all super friendly and really go out of their way to make sure you're well taken care of. 😊

There were a seating area, a writing desk, and ironing facilities in the room, appreciated that. The location was great and perfect for us - close to bars and a stadium.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from the Central Business District. I loved the spacious and clean room I booked, it even had a balcony.

It became my favorite place to stay in Orlando. I booked a brand-new good-sized room. The hotel had a marvelous location right by Thornton Park. There was a market and a convenience store around the property.

Friendly and helpful receptionist, recommended nearby restaurant with discount. Fabulous room with free drinks and food. Great pool with beautiful views. Wonderful location for Downtown, near Lake Eola. Early check-in and check-out provided.

Very comfortable rooms with lots of space. Free breakfast is always a Plus. Great Friendly Staff! Hotel is convenient to several freeways so it's easy to get where you're going around that part of Florida.

Self Park is pretty inconvenient and really isn't available. You have to use someone else's lot, so you're kind of stuck with the overpriced valet service, $23.95. Although, the Valet's were great and we never had to wait long for our car. Charging for WiFi in this day and age, just doesn't seem right.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and offered a great view.

Only issue I had was a broken ceiling fan.
